Jack Townsend Culpepper, born on March 14, 1950 and died July 1, 2010 at age 60. Born in West Palm Beach, FL. He was a Vietnam Veteran, a loving son, husband, father and grandfather. He was loved by mother, Joyce A. Latta; sons, Matthew and Jack Townsend Culpepper and daughters, Crystal Wiscombe and Melissa Holbrook and many other family and friends.
