Labor Day Picnic 2011 Photos & Videos

WPB. FL (Sep 5, 2011) There has to be something wrong with this picture, arrived at John Prince Park's Smythe Pavillion at 8 am. Only a few other members there. That only lasted about 20 minutes as Mongo had arrived at the venue also. Then it was off to work (well, for them at least). Part of the set-up was quite entertaining. How many bikers does it take to assemble a 10 X 20 canopy? With 10 or 15 supervisors and no peons, it was one of the best shows going for that morning.
The crowd began their arrival, which, by the way, became a stampede later in the day, around 10 AM. By the time the brunt of the crowd had shown up, the food was ready to serve.
This had to be the largest crowd we have ever served. That would not have been possible without the many treatment centers and half-way houses being present.
The entertainment was off the chain this year, with The Marshall Brothers Band keeping the party ALIVE!
We had quite a few members who really went out of their way gathering up all the door prizes.
Once again, we would like thank all who had anything to do with this years event. A very special thanks goes out to Kathy for taking all the photos whilst I was busy doing other things throughout the day
We hope to see everyone again next year. Just a reminder, the profits from this event all go towards the purchase of 12 step recovery literature which we donate to those in need.
As with any of my galleries, feel free to copy the photos for your personal use. Due to recent abuse of our photo policy, If you add them to any social website (Facebook, Twitter, my Space, etc), limit it to a maximum of 5 photos and give credit to Cycleshotz.com with a link back to my site.
